1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Freehold Flowers mobile application (“App”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License & Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the App.

3. Account & Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account.
• You are responsible for charges, data usage, and maintaining device power/connectivity.
• Unauthorized access attempts or misuse of the App are prohibited.

4. Purchases, Pricing & Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for orders placed through the App.

5. Deliveries, Refunds & Cancellations

Delivery windows are estimates. Refunds, cancellations, and substitutions follow store policies published on flowersfreehold.com.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., messages or delivery instructions). You grant us a limited license to use such content to operate and improve the App and fulfill orders.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, service marks, logos, and content in the App are the property of Freehold Flowers or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freehold Flowers is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from the App or your use of it.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or for operational or legal reasons.

11. Changes to the App & Terms

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey for disputes arising from these Terms or the App.
